Mohib Asim

MOHIB ASIM is an articling student at Groia & Company working in the areas of securities and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mohib worked at the Ontario Securities Commission, where he assisted with investor protection and securities enforcement matters. He also brings experience in finance, banking, and corporate compliance through previous roles at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Corporate Treasury, RBC Internal Audit, and TJX Canada.

Mohib earned his J.D. from Queen’s University Faculty of Law, where he was actively involved with the Queen’s Law Litigation Society, Queen’s Legal Aid, and Pro Bono Students Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from McMaster University.
