Sophie Baker

SOPHIE BAKER is an associate with Groia & Company practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities litigation. Sophie assists clients in a broad range of commercial issues including shareholder disputes, class actions, breach of contract, professional liability claims and securities regulation. Prior to joining Groia & Company, Sophie worked at a boutique firm in downtown Toronto practicing corporate and securities law. Sophie received her LL.B. and her LL.M. in International Commercial Law from the University of Kent in England. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
