Cheyenne Parsons

CHEYENNE PARSONS is an associate with Groia & Company practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities litigation. Cheyenne assists in a broad range of commercial issues including shareholder disputes, class actions, breach of contract, professional liability claims and securities regulation.

Prior to joining Groia & Company, Cheyenne worked at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto practicing commercial and civil litigation, and then as an in-house litigator at a regulatory authority. Cheyenne received her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
