BETHANIE PASCUTTO is an associate with Groia & Company practicing in the areas of corporate, commercial and securities litigation. Bethanie assists corporate and individual clients in a broad range of civil, regulatory, and class action matters.
Prior to joining Groia & Company as an associate, Bethanie summered and articled at the firm. Bethanie received her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Masters in International Development from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University, and J.D. from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. During law school she was heavily involved in the International Human Rights Program, including as editor-in-chief of the Rights Review publication. Prior to law school, Bethanie worked as an analyst in the financial services industry and as a product development consultant for a microfinance organization. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019.
