ANDREW MCDOUGALL is an associate with Groia & Company Professional Corporation. Andrew received his B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto in 2003, his M.A. in Political Science from Queen's University in 2004 and his LL.B from Queen’s University in 2007. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew summered with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and summered and articled with a national law firm based in Toronto. Andrew was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008.
