OWAIS AHMED joined Groia & Company Professional Corporation as an associate in 2009 after a clerkship at the Ontario Securities Commission. Owais received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of British Columbia in 2005 and his LL.B from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. While at Osgoode Hall, Owais was a member of the 2008 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team and spent a semester working at Parkdale Community Legal Services. Owais was called to the Ontario Bar in 2009.
