Photo of Kellie SeamanKELLIE SEAMAN is a principal with Groia & Company Professional Corporation. Kellie received her B.A. in History and English from the University of Toronto in 1994. She studied law at the University of Southampton in England for two years before completing her studies at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. She received her LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2002. Kellie joined Groia & Company as an articling student in 2002 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.

Kellie’s practice focuses primarily in the area of securities litigation and she has acted as co-counsel on a number of high profile securities and corporate litigation cases in the regulatory, civil and class action contexts.
